Motion made by Bruce Mai, seconded by Betsy Delaney.
Motion: I move that: 1. The ICG make the appropriate filing(s) with the IRS to ensure that our corporate 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt (federal) status also includes any ICG chapter in good standing that chooses to qualify as a "subordinate" of the parent corporation. And, 2. that the Board of Directors approve the allocation of $900.00 from the ICG's reserve funds to be used for the required, associated IRS filing fee.
