I move:
That we enter a Committee of the Whole so the BOD members may freely discuss the possibilities Pierre outlined without an actual motion on the floor.
Amendment: To set a 30 day time limit for the Committee of the Whole, to
commence upon either the expiration of the voting period for motion
09-05-01 [on October 21, 2005] or the receipt of votes from all eligible
BOD members on same, whichever comes first.
