As directed by the New Jersey-New York Costumers' Guild, I move:

1. that the Board direct the officers to take all necessary steps to prepare and submit to the Internal Revenue Service a "Group Exemption Letter," as provided in IRS publication 557, "Tax-Exempt Status for Your Organization,"
2. that said letter include the New Jersey-New York Chapter,
3. that said letter include any and all other chapters that desire to be included.
