Dear Board of Directors Representatives:
There will be a conference call for Board of Directors members on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at 7pm EST (6pm CST, 5pm MST, 4pm PST.). The agenda for this meeting will be uploaded to the #boardofdirectors channel and posted in the new #agenda channel so that it is easier to find and reference during the call.
Please find the details on joining the call below:
You may join the call up to 10 minutes prior by
dialing: 1-302-202-1106
When prompted, enter the conference code: 514531
You will be asked to introduce yourself. Please state your name and
your role on the Board of Directors (ex: President and BoD
rep for <chapter>.)
This discussion will be moderated, as there will be many on the call and it will be difficult to hear over multiple people talking. Participant lines will be muted until a request to comment is made. If you would like to comment or make a statement, please press *5 on your phone to notify the moderator. These will be acknowledged on the call and the lines will be unmuted in the order that the requests come in. There will also be a new channel in Slack #12-8-2019BoDcall where you can comment if the moderator should miss your request (which could happen if many people are requesting at the same time) so that the moderator can still make your comment known if there are any issues with audio or tech. The call will be recorded and put into the #12-8-2019BoDcall channel at it’s conclusion.
The call is intended to last no longer than 1 hour, but please allow 1 1/2 hours in case comment or debate pushes it longer. The call will be ended at the 90 minute mark as many have other obligations. Subsequent calls can be scheduled if necessary or discussion on the matters on the floor can continue in the Slack channel so that they are properly documented.
