Follow-up: Two of our September CCG meeting attendees have tested positive for COVID and have symptoms. The two who got sick rode in together to NW side Chicago from LaGrange IL (about 20 miles). The rest of us are (knock wood) OK for now.  October meeting may be postponed to Halloween, or canceled altogether. Holding meeting may have been bad judgment. Keep past President Sue Edmunds and Secretary Betsy Knoll in your thoughts.

Oh my. May they be mild cases and everyone recovers fully. Zoom has a free service. Meetings are limited to 40 minutes but you can always hope right back on. Their paid service does not have a time limit. There is different levels to handle larger groups. For GCFCG we have been using zoom for out quarterly guild meetings, CC40 planning meetings, and weekly stitch and sip socials. It’s not the same as in person but is is a fantastic safe way to meet. Our members who are currently spread out over several states call all meet together like they live next door.

Patrick, I have a paid Zoom account. If you make arrangements with me in advance, I'm happy to provide the meeting space for your chapter.
