They have not changed. That is one of the
tricks to the prep work Andy et al has been doing for the new google groups.

you. I sent my LAA ballot to the costume.org address and have not
received confirmation it was received nor did it bounce back. There is a gmail address listed and I have not heard that it is valid
from you or Andy.

As my gmail has never
been set up correctly for any costume.org account, I receive emails
to it but responses come from my personal account.

to everyone,
After several long, laborious months we have the findings of our harassment
investigation.
What we are posting to the files is the Preliminary Draft. Before we finalize
the report we would like to invite the parties involved to each add a statement
for the record to be included. All parties involved will be given 7 days,
starting tomorrow Friday, February 7, 2020 at 8:00 AM EST and closing on
Friday, February 14, 2020 at 8:00 AM. Also bear in mind that this does not mean
that we will not accept statements or if there is addition evidence that has
not been presented to this panel after this date. If facts presented at a later
date materialize, we will consider them, and if necessary re-open this
investigation.
Also in the interest of not crashing everyone's computer, the evidence
submitted is in a Google Docs file. The zip file has the over 400+ documents
that we received in regards to this matter. If anyone wishes access to the
documents we will provide you with the link to the files
Because of the amount of interest there is in this report we will be posting
the preliminary draft to the ICG BOD Slack Channel as well. To be clear there
will be a final draft with the impact statements forth coming.
