Please
consider this my notice to the Board of Directors and membership that my last
day with the guild will be 2/29/2019, the day that my membership expires.
I previously stated on the BoD call on 12-8-2019 that
I would stay as long as the hostility ceased, and unfortunately that has not
been the case.

and I will continue to work together to prepare for the annual meeting and
ensure he has all of the needed information and materials and we will
transition to his President pro tem role once the
board enters recess on 2/15/2019 at 12:01am. No new business may be
presented to the BoD at that time until the annual
meeting at CostumeCon. If you have any motions
that you’d like to make, business to add to the agenda, etc,
please send it to icg-president@costume.org before 2/14/2020.

voted to have sent to Marianne Pease, Mera Babineaux, CosMAKTx, CosInternational, Blue Ridge Costuming Society, and Old
Dominion Costumers Guild.
