The CCG members usually renew their memberships at the Halloween Party (which
is this Saturday) I will ask the treasurer to update Jeanine when we meet this
weekend. Also, sadly, one of our members, Barbara Wright, passed
away yesterday (Alzheimer's). I got word from her husband, Bob
Anders, this morning.

A clarification, as this information appears to have been miscommunicated
unintentionally, which is, I hope, why there are currently NO nominations.
There were many clarifications to the nomination process, so I can understand
why this miscommunication occurred. If you had attempted to make a
nomination, please send it again as outlined below.
Those
who would like to be nominated or nominate someone should send that nomination
to icg-president@costume.org as well as posting it in either #general channel
in Slack or to the ICG-D list or ICG-BoD yahoo list. If
you wish your nomination to be private, you may email it to ICG-president@costume.org,
however, please also cc the Corresponding Secretary at icg-corr-secretary@costume.org.
As
this election is an interim election, and the president (and VP if one is
nominated and elected) will only serve until CostumeCon
in March, this vote will occur among the Board of Directors members that are
checked in for the month of November.
Additionally,
to whoever is nominated and eventually elected, I wish you all the best and
great success in the position.
