The International Costumers' Guild, Inc. (ICG) publishes the ICG Newsletter as a benefit for its members. The newsletter contains chapter contact information, articles, a costume event calendar and other regular features of interest to ICG members.
The ICG Newsletter is available to all ICG members in good standing in an on-line and a print edition. Members who request it will receive a print edition. All members with registered e-mail addresses will be notified that a new on-line edition is available and how to access it. This information is also available from the local chapters. Members can change or review their choice of edition by contacting their local chapters.
Members are responsible for communicating changes to their choice of edition, and changes of postal or e-mail address, to their local chapters no later than the 15th of the month prior to publication. Undeliverable copies of the print edition cannot be re-mailed.
The ICG Newsletter is printed six times a year: January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, and November/December.
The deadline for submitting content for the ICG Newsletter is the 15th of the month prior to publication.
Electronic submissions: Electronic submissions must be at least 300 dpi resolution. Material may be formatted as follows: Text, RTF, M$ Word or Corel WordPerfect. Graphics at 300 dpi resolution in GIF, JPG or TIF for IBM, NOT Mac. Email to newsletter@costume.org or send CD/Disk to The ICG Newsletter address below. Contact us first before sending attachments in email - we're sensitive to viruses!
Hard copy submissions (if absolutely necessary): Send by snail mail to The ICG Newsletter address above. We reserve the right to retain all hard copy submissions unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Advertising revenue helps defray the cost of producing and distributing the newsletter. The deadline for advertising is the 15th of the month prior to publication.
